John is a Sound Meditation Teacher who has dedicated his life to helping individuals unlock their inner peace and cultivate a harmonious connection between mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from a diverse background in musical theory, yoga, and civil engineering, he seamlessly combines technical expertise with a profound understanding of the human nervous system to create transformative experiences for his students.
That understanding is personal. John discovered the impact sound can have on the human psyche through his own journey with major hip surgeries, which began for him as a young child — realizing that sound vibrations have the ability to penetrate deep within the soul, allowing for transformative healing and restoration. Motivated by that revelation, he delved into the art of sound meditation and committed himself to mastering a range of sound healing techniques, studying the intricacies of the nervous system and its influence on our overall health.
Today his teachings are a fusion of ancient wisdom and scientific understanding. What sets John apart is an engineer's precision applied to an intuitive practice: every gong stroke, bowl tone, and interval is chosen with intent, guiding students through a journey of self-discovery and healing — empowering them to release stress, cultivate mindfulness, and tap into their innate ability to find inner peace on a deep cellular level.
